NOTE:
this archive site has been modified. The original site emailed a token code for downloads. I've disabled the text fields and no emails will be sent. Instead, click the submit buttons without filling in the text fields to proceed to the next page. When landing on the final "thank you" page when an email would have been sent, it will reload with the page that was linked in the email (again just click the submit button to proceed).

In March 2009, www.ninja2009.com/index-old.htm went live. This version was just a parked page.

Later that month, the full site went live.

Starting in May 2009, there were twitter contests for tickets/passes conducted by @trent_reznor and @rob_sheridan. An example of the contest form is here:
